Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to ongoing architectural projects at various stages of development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in the preparation of

design concepts, 2D/3D models

, and

renderings

. Create and edit

architectural drawings

using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Support the preparation of

working drawings

, presentations, and documentation. Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare site reports when required. Collaborate with team members and coordinate with consultants on ongoing projects. Ensure drawings and documents comply with applicable building codes and regulations. Stay updated on materials, trends, and new software in architecture and design.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome). Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

,

Photoshop

, and preferably

Revit/BIM tools

. Basic knowledge of building regulations, construction detailing, and architectural standards. Strong communication and visualization skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
