Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and update project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure document version control.
Assist with data entry, basic data analysis, and creation of simple charts or summaries.
Support daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
Help prepare presentations and internal communications.
Coordinate with internal teams to track progress of tasks and deliverables.
Provide general administrative support to senior analysts and managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
