Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with merchant onboarding, including collecting documents, performing KYC checks, VKYC, and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
Support merchant account activations and process account change requests accurately and on time.
Perform underwriting of merchant websites and identify patterns of fraudulent merchants.
Collaborate with the Business Team to resolve queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest operational enhancements.
Maintain required turnaround times (TAT) as per SLAs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-1 year of experience in KYC, onboarding, or operations (internships included); exposure to fintech or payments is a plus ~ BBA, B.com or BA' 2025
Ability to understand merchant requirements and line of business for accurate onboarding.
Strong analytical and process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with merchants and internal teams.
Quick learner, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
