Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support the Global & AM Marketing Operations and Global Marketing Executive programs by providing the following:

Performs administrative work, involving independent judgment and discretion, necessary to manage the workflow of key programs, finance, and invoice processing with an understanding of priorities

Plan and coordinate meetings virtually across regions and various time zones

Prepare and submit expense reports with detail and accuracy

Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents as required

Collaborate with the team on reporting and tracking of global marketing budgets

Any additional operational works as and when needed



Key skills and experience

The role requires 0-6 years of professional experience

Proficiency in MS Office tools

You will be working with stakeholders with international exposure to drive tasks promptly

Responsiveness to communication and tasks is key across time, while ensuring all best practices are applied
