Key responsibilities
Deliver classroom and online training sessions on GenAI concepts, Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI tooling as per the defined curriculum.?
Guide learners through hands-on labs, mini-projects, and capstone projects using popular AI frameworks, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools.?
Assist in creating, updating, and localizing training content: slides, demos, assignments, quizzes, and reference material.?
Support assessments, evaluate learner performance, give constructive feedback, and maintain training reports and attendance.?
Collaborate with senior trainers, academic partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance course quality and learner engagement.?
Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, Agentic frameworks, and AI tooling, and suggest new topics or use cases for the curriculum.?
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. Freshers with strong projects or internships in AI are welcome; up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.?
Basic understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI (text, image, or code generation) with hands-on exposure to at least one platform (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).?
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts such as tools, function calling, workflows, RAG, and simple automations using agents or AI orchestration tools.
Good programming or scripting skills in Python or JavaScript will be an added advantage.?
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom-handling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginners.?
Comfortable using LMS platforms, online meeting tools, and collaborative tools for content delivery and learner management.?
Preferred / nice-to-have
Prior experience as a trainer, teaching assistant, mentor, or corporate faculty (even internships or part-time roles).?
Experience building small GenAI or agent projects (chatbots, automation agents, AI-powered apps) showcased via GitHub or portfolio.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or MLOps / AI deployment basics.?
