Job Summary

We are looking for a

Junior Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher)

who is eager to start a career in performance and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate should have basic digital marketing knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn affiliate partnerships, campaign tracking, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and supporting affiliate marketing programs Help onboard new affiliates and maintain relationships with existing partners Coordinate with affiliates for campaign updates, offers, and creatives Track affiliate performance including clicks, leads, and conversions Prepare basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets Monitor traffic quality and flag any suspicious or low-quality activity Support the team in optimizing campaigns for better performance Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and program policies Stay updated with affiliate marketing and digital marketing trends
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred) Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts Good verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Willingness to learn performance marketing and analytics Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
