Position 1: Advocate (Full-Time)

Experience

: 1-2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Work Profile

:

o Predominantly corporate and transactional work

o Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

o Regulatory advisory

o Exposure to litigation and compliance work (Approx. 70% Corporate | 30%

Litigation & Compliance)

Mode

: Work from Office

Remuneration

: Up to ₹20,000/month (inclusive of incentives and travel)

Eligibility

: Qualified and enrolled Advocate with relevant experience

Preference

: Immediate joiners and candidates residing in/around Noida

Position 2: Legal / CS Intern (Full-Time)

Stipend

: ₹10,000/month (approx.)

Work Profile

:

o Corporate legal research

o Contract drafting and compliance

o Regulatory advisory

o Litigation support (Approx. 50% Corporate | 50% Litigation & Compliance)

Mode

: Work from Office

Eligibility

: Law or CS students with full-time availability

Preference

: Candidates available for a clearly defined internship duration (minimum 2-3 months)
