Handle all legal documentation including drafting, reviewing and amending a variety of Commercial Agreements (letters of intent, MoUs, partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, land agreements, share purchase agreements, finance agreements and other commercial agreements)Other Essential requirements:Good command over English (Mandatory)
