We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Admin cum Recruiter
to support our HR and administrative functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain experience in recruitment and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate database and job portal postings.
Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations including documentation, filing, and office supplies.
Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
Handle general administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and office administration processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,306.50 - ₹15,790.15 per month
