Coordinate and monitor facility management activities
Maintain and update facility records, documents, and reports
Assist in vendor management and contract follow-ups
Schedule maintenance tasks and ensure timely execution
Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing
Support the administrative team with day-to-day operations
Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on facilities management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
