We are currently hiring BBA and B.Com graduates (freshers or with up to 12 months of experience) to join our growing team as Junior Accounts Receivables Associates. This role offers excellent international exposure, hands-on experience with end-to-end AR processes, and a strong foundation for a long-term career in a high-demand industry.

Who Can Apply :

BBA or B.Com graduates (any stream)

Freshers or candidates with up to 12 months of experience

Willing to work in night shifts (US process)

Self-driven, confident, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Required Skills

:

Active listening and understanding of customer concerns

Fluent verbal English communication

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Basic internet research and navigation skills

Basic calculations for account reconciliations

Negotiation skills to drive positive results

Strong questioning skills for gathering accurate information

Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally

Ability to work under pressure and stay calm in stressful situations

Adaptable to frequent changes in process or guidelines

Preference for a performance-based work culture
