We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts and Office Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain office documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and ledgers
Support in preparing reports, bank reconciliations, and GST filings
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic HR documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and administrative correspondence
Ensure accurate data entry and filing of records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
0-2 years of experience in accounting or office administration
Proficiency in
MS Office
and basic
accounting software Tally.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
