Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks Handling customer follow-ups and coordination Managing emails and internal communication Preparing and maintaining bills and invoices Employee management and attendance tracking Managing Provident Fund (PF) and basic compliance procedures Coordinating with vendors and handling payment processes Assisting in audit preparations and financial reporting Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Skills Required:

Basic computing (MS Excel, Word, etc.) Email drafting and communication skills Knowledge of accounting software (ERP preferred) Understanding of PF and statutory compliance Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred Minimum 9 months of relevant experience in accounting or finance Ability to work independently and as part of a team
