Job Overview

We are seeking an Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at IronHill India at Madhapur Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have upto 2 years of relevant experience in accounting practices and financial management. This is a full-time role with responsibilities encompassing a variety of accounting functions.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included) Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including journals, ledgers, and balance sheets Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable Support month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with payroll processing and expense reimbursements Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial data Support audits by providing required financial information Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
