Job Overview
Kunstruct is looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle basic accounting and ledger management. This role focuses on maintaining financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Record expenses and transactions accurately in Excel Track receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with the external accountant for reconciliations and clarifications.
- Visit the accountant's office as required for payment or ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure basic financial documentation is up to date and orderly.
Eligibility
- Basic understanding of accounting and ledger entries.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Freshers or candidates with entry-level experience are welcome.
Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Expense tracking and invoice management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filters)
- Ability to follow up on payments and pending entries.
- Basic coordination and communication skills.
- Reliability and consistency in routine tasks.
