Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, help maintain accurate financial records, and support various finance-related activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting

Assist in recording and maintaining accounting transactions.

Support invoice processing, payments, and receipts entry.

2. Reconciliation

Help prepare bank and vendor reconciliations.

Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow-ups.

3. Statutory Compliance

Support the team in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.

Ensure proper filing and record keeping for audit purposes.

4. Financial Reporting

Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

5. Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors for accounting-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/training experience can apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS is an advantage.

Familiarity with Tally ERP / Excel or other accounting software preferred.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
