Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoicing, billing, and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency in internal records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and financial regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
Process payroll, reimbursements, and other staff-related payments in coordination with HR.
Maintain records for insurance claims, patient billing, and vendor contracts.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate accounting for services rendered.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Preferred: B.com, CA Intern
Experience:
2-3years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, or pharma sector.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or hospital management systems).
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
