Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Accounts Executive (Fresher)

to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to start their career in accounting and finance. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the team in ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) Process invoices, receipts, and payments Support in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions Assist with data entry and ledger management Support month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Coordinate with other departments for necessary financial information Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
