Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting Entries

Enter purchase bills accurately in accounting software (Tally / ERP) Enter sales transactions and maintain sales registers Prepare and post journal vouchers related to purchases and sales Verify bills and supporting documents before entry
Billing & Invoicing:

Prepare sales invoices as per company format and GST rules Maintain proper records of purchase invoices and sales bills Coordinate with sales and stores team for invoice-related details
E-Way Bill & GST Support

Generate and manage E-way bills for outward and inward movement of goods Maintain E-way bill records and tracking Support basic GST data preparation related to purchases and sales
Bank & Cash Work

Visit bank for cash deposit, cheque deposit, and document submission Maintain bank challans, deposit slips, and acknowledgements Assist in basic bank reconciliation activities
Records & Documentation

Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, and vouchers (physical & soft copy) Ensure all accounting documents are updated and easily traceable Support audit requirements by providing necessary documents
Coordination & Support

Coordinate with vendors for bill corrections or missing documents Coordinate with internal departments for purchase and sales documentation Follow company policies and accounting procedures strictly
Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred) 6month-1 years of experience in accounts Freshers with basic accounting knowledge may apply
Skills Required

Basic knowledge of purchase & sales accounting Familiarity with Tally / ERP software Understanding of GST invoices and E-way bill process Basic knowledge of MS Excel Accuracy, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
