Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and related filings
Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory records
Support internal and external audits
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for account-related matters
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience Required:
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Experience in retail/QSR/hospitality industry is an added advantage
