The Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting the accounts team in daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling vouchers, invoices, and supporting the preparation of reports. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn and grow within the accounts function.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP or relevant software.
Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
Ensure timely bank reconciliations and monitoring of transactions.
Support GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for account-related queries.
File and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents systematically.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP, SAP, etc.).
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances preferred.
