Responsibility
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments).
Record journal entries and ensure accuracy in the ledger.
Handle vendor invoices, process payments, and reconcile supplier accounts.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and prepare customer account statements.
