Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing financial reports and budgets
Conducting basic cost analysis
Purchase:
Sourcing and evaluating suppliers
Negotiating contracts and prices
Creating and processing purchase orders
Tracking orders and managing deliveries
Maintaining accurate records of purchases and supplier information
Additional Responsibilities:
Assisting senior executives with financial and procurement tasks
Maintaining inventory levels and optimizing stock control
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost reduction initiatives
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
Basic accounting and financial analysis skills
Procurement and supply chain knowledge
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent in Tally ERP and other accounting softwares.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
0-3 years of experience in accounts and/or procurement
Relevant certifications like Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) can be an advantage
