? 5 years of experience in the finance or accounting field
? Fluency in English communication

Preferred qualifications
? Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) or GAAP.
? Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Accounting standards.
? Ability to manage financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in using ERP systems, like SAP, and basic office applications.
? Experience in the automotive (or automotive parts) industry.

Role and Responsibilities
? General Accounting and Reporting:
Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in recording financial transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records on a monthly basis.
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including journal entries, payments, and receipts.
? Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Reconcile vendor and customer statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
? Tax & Compliance:
Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS, and other applicable tax filings.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records in compliance with tax laws and company policies.
Support during internal and external audits, providing necessary documents and data.
