Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our financial transactions and ensure smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and familiar with accounting principles, taxation, and e-commerce financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial records, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable/receivable. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets. Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and tax consultants. Manage e-commerce transactions, including payment gateway reconciliations.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a startup or e-commerce environment. Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software. Understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations. Good communication skills written as well as verbal. Practical experience of Word, excel, Google Workspace, zoom, etc online applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
