Key Roles & Responsibilities
Record and maintain
day-to-day accounting transactions
including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Assist in maintaining
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Support
bank transactions and bank reconciliation statements
Assist in
invoice preparation, verification, and billing processes
Maintain accurate
vendor and customer ledger accounts
Support preparation of
GST-related data
, returns, and reconciliations
Assist in
month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain proper
documentation, filing, and record management
Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements
Provide support during
internal and statutory audits
Required Knowledge & Skills
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Educational background in
Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
Basic understanding of
accounting principles and practices
Basic awareness of
GST and taxation concepts
Proficiency in
MS Excel and MS Office applications
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately
