Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling
daily accounting entries
and maintaining books of accounts
Data entry
of sales, purchase, expenses, and vouchers
Preparing and maintaining
Day Book, Cash Book, and Ledger entries
Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
on a regular basis
Assisting in
GST-related data preparation
(basic level)
Maintaining records of invoices, bills, and supporting documents
Coordination with internal teams for accounts-related information
Supporting senior accountant in monthly and yearly closing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
1-2 years of experience in
general accounting
Knowledge of
Tally / accounting software
Basic understanding of GST and banking processes
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
