Key Responsibilities
Manage customer billing and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain daily sales records and update accounting software.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Handle petty cash and reconcile accounts.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for billing-related queries.
Support senior accountants in audits and compliance tasks.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.
Familiarity with MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
