Role Overview :

We are looking for a junior finance professional with CA firm experience to manage day-to-day invoicing, statutory compliance coordination, and liaison with our external Corporate CA. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure across accounting, compliance, and startup operations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Invoicing & Accounting
? Prepare and issue customer invoices (India & overseas clients)
? Track receivables and follow up for payments
? Maintain basic books of accounts (Zoho Books / Excel) Compliance & Filings (with Corporate CA)
? Coordinate GST filings, TDS, and statutory returns
? Share data, documents, and clarifications with external CA
? Support monthly, quarterly, and annual filings Corporate & Regulatory Support
? Maintain records for: ₹ GST ? MCA compliances ? Bank documentation
? Assist during audits or financial reviews Internal Finance Operations
? Expense tracking and vendor payments
? Maintain compliance calendars and reminders
? Organize financial and statutory documents

Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have

? CA Inter / CA Final (Drop or Appearing) OR B.Com / M.Com with CA firm experience
? 1-3 years experience in a CA firm or accounting role
? Working knowledge of: ₹ GST basics ? Invoicing & bookkeeping ? TDS fundamentals
? Comfortable coordinating with external professionals

Good to Have

? Experience with Zoho Books
? Exposure to startups or service companies
? Basic understanding of international invoicing
