Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of accounting operations, including bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliance
Supervise and finalize books of accounts
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit schedules
Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Ensure timely closing of books and financial accuracy
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related work
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar
In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in accounting
Experience in handling multi-location or multi-department accounts is a plus
Knowledge of payroll management and MIS reporting
