Job Summary:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented JuniorAccountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with legal regulations. This role requires excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Manage the company's financial transactions and ensure accuracy.Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
