Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our cosmetic shop's team. You will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and assisting with inventory management to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Transactions:

Record and reconcile daily sales from cash, credit cards, and digital payments with accuracy.

Billing & Invoicing:

Generate customer invoices and process vendor bills for cosmetic products.

Inventory Control:

Assist in tracking stock levels, auditing physical inventory, and identifying excess or obsolete beauty products.

Bookkeeping:

Maintain general ledgers, manage petty cash, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Tax Compliance:

Assist in preparing data for GST filing and ensuring all transactions follow local tax regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (

B.Com

), Accounting, or Finance.

Software:

Experience in any billing software would be an advantage

Skills:

Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail (to catch billing errors), and basic understanding of GST

Experience:

0-1 year of experience; freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits (Estimated for 2026):

Salary Range:

?10,000 - ?12,000 per month (depending on location and skill set).
