:

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for monitoring financial data, preparing accurate statements, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with cost and revenue analyses. This role involves handling budgeting, taxation, audits, and providing financial consultancy to aid decision-making. By ensuring transparency and precision in financial operations, you will play a vital role in driving Karabi's growth.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

Prepare and issue invoices; manage vendor and client payments.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations; maintain ledgers and records in Tally.

Gather and analyze financial data including sales, expenses, and liabilities.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes for projects and departments.

Conduct internal audits and assist with external audit requirements.

Execute month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.

Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Analyze financial trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Conduct risk analysis and support evaluation of investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B.Com/M.Com) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.

At least 1 year of experience with a CA firm.

Proficiency in

Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting regulations.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.

Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
