What You'll Do:

Manage daily financial transactions and records using Tally. Oversee inventory management across multiple godowns, ensuring accurate tracking and batch-wise stock monitoring. Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring reordering points and coordinating replenishments. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for inventory and stock management decisions. Prepare and file GST returns, manage vendor payments, and oversee payroll processing. Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial reporting and analytics. Handle basic computing tasks like data entry, printing, and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Tally and Excel, with strong skills in inventory management. Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance regulations. Experience managing stock across multiple locations, including handling batches, groups, and categories in Tally. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant experience in accounting or finance.
