Role Overview
Position: Junior Accountant
Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Prashanth nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Benefits: ESI
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Passing Journal entries (Sales, Purchase, Bank & Cash).
Reconciliation: Daily Cash reconciliation and updating receipts/payments in Google Sheets.
Reporting: Preparing Excel reports for management and internal staff communication.
Inventory: Conducting inventory checks and assisting in periodic stock audits.
Operations: Following up with customers and vendors via email and calls.
Requirements
Education: Graduate in B.Com (Mandatory).
Experience: 1+ year of experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime & MS Excel.
Compliance: Functional knowledge of GST, TDS, and E-way Bills.
Skills: Strong understanding of Accounting & Bookkeeping principles; excellent communication skills.
