Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Record and maintain accurate journal entries and general ledger accounts
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for audits
Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data as needed
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Perform administrative duties related to the accounting function
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (internship or entry-level work experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
