Senior / Experienced Accountant

5+ years in accounting and finance

Qualification (Essential):

B.Com.

Desirable:

MBA (Finance) / CA Inter

Essential Skill:

TALLY ERP-9

Desirable Skill:

Experience in additional accounting software such as

QuickBooks / Zoho Books / SAP

Reports to:

Manager (Accounts)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise

accounts receivable/payable

, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients and planned vendor payments. Oversee

invoices, billing processes, and ledger management

. Prepare

weekly/monthly AR & AP ageing reports

and ensure reconciliation of accounts. Handle

daily accounting entries

: sales, purchases, receipts, payments &

bank reconciliations

. File

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B

(monthly) and

TDS statements

; prepare and file

quarterly e-TDS returns (26Q, 24Q, 27Q)

. Prepare

monthly MIS reports

including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Develop

budgets & forecasts

for AR/AP and company-level financial planning. Coordinate with

statutory and tax auditors

, including

annual GST audit

. Maintain and monitor

petty cash

transactions. Ensure proper

document control

(accounting records, filing, vouchers, etc.). Train and guide

junior accounting staff

in processes and compliance.

Profile Requirements

Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP-9

and working knowledge of

MS Office (Excel & Word is a must)

. Knowledge of

GST, TDS, tax compliance & audits

. Good communication skills - written & verbal. Ability to

lead a small accounts team

and coordinate across departments. Strong

time management and multitasking ability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
