Job Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries in Tally or accounting software.
Prepare and manage vouchers, invoices, and bills.
Assist in bank reconciliation and updating ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Support GST, TDS, and payroll preparation and filing.
Maintain financial documents and reports for audits.
Assist senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in accounts.
Communicate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups.
Support management with basic financial analysis or summaries.
