Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Prepare and file
GST returns
and ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
Maintain accurate financial records and support
day-to-day accounting operations
.
Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and benefit providers.
Conduct periodic
internal audits
to identify gaps, improve processes, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Prepare and maintain
financial documentation
, invoices, vouchers, and reports in an organized manner.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce
, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience
in Accounting or a related role.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, accuracy, and confidentiality.
