Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statutory and internal audits, along with an aptitude for improving business processes and financial controls. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

Statutory Audits

of Private Limited Companies in accordance with regulatory standards. Perform

Internal Audits

for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Support in

Business Process Implementation, Automation,

and

Re-engineering of Financial Controls

. Ensure compliance with

Income Tax and GST

regulations through accurate documentation and reporting. Assist in preparing audit reports, working papers, and financial statements.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Accounting, Finance

, or a related discipline.(B.com, M.com, MBA) Professional certification such as

CA, CMA, CPA

, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Proficient knowledge of

GST and Income Tax

.

Advanced MS Excel

skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) are preferred.

Eligible Graduates:

Batch of 2024 and 2025.
