Job Summary

We are seeking a

Female Junior Accountant

with

up to 4-5 years of experience

to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative activities in our textile and embroidery business. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software and basic office administration. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain inward challans and records of goods received. Handle purchase entries and maintain related documentation. Prepare and process sales bills. Maintain outward challans and monitor dispatch of goods. Record daily staff attendance. Assist in general administrative tasks. Perform accounting entries using Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, or Empire software. Support senior management with day-to-day accounts and office coordination.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred.

4-5 years of experience

in accounting, preferably in textile or embroidery manufacturing. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic accounting software (Tally preferred). Basic understanding of accounting and office administration processes. Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits
