This is a dual-role position where the candidate will handle
basic accounting tasks
while also performing
telesales activities
. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing financial records as well as interacting with customers over phone calls to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, expenses).
Assist in maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Process invoices, receipts, and vendor payments.
Handle basic GST/TDS related entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in month-end accounting.
Maintain accurate data in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Assist senior accountant in preparing financial reports.
Telesales Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote company products/services.
Explain product features, pricing, discounts, and offers to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly targets.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel trackers.
Handle customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any graduate with accounting knowledge.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language).
Comfortable making sales calls and handling customer interactions.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally (preferred).
Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines/sales targets.
Preferred Skills
0-2 years' experience in accounting or telesales.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask between accounting and sales tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
