Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Junior Accountant

to assist with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will support the accounting team by maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with internal and external audits Maintain organized records of all financial documents Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Provide support to senior accountants and other team members as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 0-2 years of accounting experience (internship or fresher experience is acceptable) Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Working Conditions:

Full-time, office-based role Occasional extended hours during financial closing or audits

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
