We're Hiring | Accountant Cum Store & Dispatch Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities

Day-to-day accounting entries (Tally/ERP)Sales, purchase & expense entries

Invoicing, debit/credit notes

GST documentation & basic compliance

Bank, vendor & customer reconciliations

Maintaining accounts records & coordination with auditors

Store & Dispatch: Inward & outward stock management

Inventory & stock reconciliation

Dispatch coordination with transporters

Preparing dispatch documents (Invoice, Challan, LR, E-way Bill)

Maintaining store & logistics documentation

Required Skills

Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel & GST basics

Experience in store, inventory & dispatch handling

Strong documentation & organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Good communication & coordination skills

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

Local candidate from Jaipur/Bagru or nearby areas

Manufacturing / Pharma / Biotech industry experience is a plus
