About the Role:

We are looking for a

Junior Accountant

who has hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in

Tally ERP

, and capable of managing tasks related to

sales, purchase, debit/credit entries, and bank reconciliation

with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily

sales and purchase transactions

in Tally. Manage and reconcile

accounts receivable and payable

. Prepare

journal entries

, debit/credit notes, and other accounting records. Perform

bank reconciliation

and ensure accuracy of financial records. Assist in

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

documentation. Support in

monthly and yearly closing

of books of accounts. Maintain

proper documentation and filing

of invoices and vouchers. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for any accounting queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field. Proficiency in

Tally ERP 9 / Prime

and MS Excel. Strong understanding of

basic accounting principles

. Good communication and analytical skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
