Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Junior Accountant
for our
Real Estate Project in Shimla
. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of basic accounting practices and experience in handling financial records related to real estate or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions.
Assist in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and GST documentation.
Track expenses and manage petty cash.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and receipts.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Good Excel and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
