. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Prepare and update reports using Excel
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
Support payroll and other routine accounting tasks
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with QuickBooks (mandatory)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
