About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

with hands-on experience in

Odoo Accounting or Zoho ERP/Zoho Books

. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good analytical skills, and experience in day to day financial operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting

Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments). Maintain general ledger entries in

Odoo

or

Zoho Books

. Bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor bills and customer invoices accurately. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers. Verify vendor payments, maintain payment schedules, and ensure timely disbursement.

Compliance & Reporting

Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Inventory & ERP Coordination

Reconcile inventory values with ERP data (if applicable). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry in ERP.

Support to Senior Accountant

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Provide financial data and reports as requested.

Required Skills

Must have:

Experience using

Odoo Accounting

or

Zoho Books/Zoho Finance ERP

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred). Basic understanding of GST calculations, TDS, and statutory compliance. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills.

Eligibility

Education:

B.Com mandatory.

Experience:

1-3 years in accounting + experience in Odoo or Zoho ERP. Experience in furniture/home furnishing industry is an added advantage (optional).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
