Job Summary:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant

with 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

journal entries, adjustment entries, trading accounts, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, audits, and statutory compliances

like

PF, ESIC, and GST returns

.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and manage

daily accounting entries

in

Tally ERP

. Prepare and review

adjustment entries

such as accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and provisions. Maintain

Trading Account, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet

accurately. Handle

GST return preparation, filing, and compliance

. Manage

PF and ESIC calculations and submissions

. Oversee

accounts payable and receivable

, ensuring proper reconciliation. Conduct

bank reconciliation

and assist with

monthly and yearly account closing

. Support

internal and external audits

by maintaining proper documentation. Ensure compliance with

company accounting policies and statutory regulations

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

1-2 years of hands-on accounting experience.

Strong working knowledge of

Tally ERP

,

GST

,

PF

, and

ESIC compliance

. Good understanding of

Trading Accounts, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and

MS Office

. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
