Key Responsibilities:

1. Book Keeping:

Entry of Purchase, Sales, Delivery challan, Journal entries and all the terms related to entry.

2. Quality Assurance:

Perform validation and integrity checks on data, rectifying any inconsistencies or errors.

3. Data Backup & Retrieval:

Create backup files and ensure easy retrieval of data, in compliance with data management best practices.

4. Stock Keeping:

Entry of Purchase and sales includes stock transfer in and out.

5. Collaboration:

Coordinate with engineering and financial departments to ensure data relevancy and completeness.

6. Day to Day Transaction:

It is must for the operator to handle and record the bills on the current date. Coordination with the vendor regarding the outstanding bills.

7. General Terms:

It includes basic terms of Accounting like Balance-sheet heads, Ledger etc.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Qualification:

Minimum High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field is advantageous.

2. Experience:

At least 1 years of relevant experience in data entry or related fields, freshers are also eligible

3. Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office Suites.

4. Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial.

5. Certificate Required:

Basic Tally course certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,200.00 per month
